At the age of fourteen, I got my first experience with Shelby and Boss Mustangs when a man pulled up in a 1970 Shelby GT500 Super Cobra Jet Drag Pack Convertible with my mother. The image of this SCJ Convertible sitting in the driveway and that day would soon become a day I would never forget. The man with my mother that day would happen to be the very best in the Shelby and Boss Mustang world, Ed Meyer.
A few months later, I found myself working and most importantly learning alongside Ed on a 1969 Boss 429 which went on to set a World Record for a Boss 429 selling for $605,000 at Barrett Jackson Scottsdale 2007. From that point on, I was working and learning with Ed in his restoration shop (Meyer’s C.A.R.S.), selling his obsolete Ford parts, and judging concours at various shows around the US.
Ten years after Ed arrived in my life, my wife and I bought our very first Shelby. A 1970 Shelby GT500 Convertible in the same color combination Ed and my mother rolled up in that day. Following the purchase of our first Shelby, I continued my passion buying and selling rare Ford Performance cars and obsolete parts all across the US and Internationally in addition to working on Ford cars for local clients.
In 2019 I opened Nate’s Classic Cars where I specialize in the same passion passed on by Ed, Shelby and Boss Mustangs. At Nate’s Classic Cars I have one mission: to get performance and classic cars on the road for those who share my passion. I offer an array of services to do just that and I tailor those services to each individual client and car.
My goal for each of my clients is to establish a long lasting relationship and to meet their every need when it comes to their classic car.
